Save dogs on Doggie Death Row!

Want to save a dog that is about to be euthanized?

There is a new online effort to save dogs in shelters nationwide that are set to be euthanized.

The Web site, DogsinDanger.com, has been up for three weeks now and has already found new homes for dozens of dogs previously on “doggie death row.”

Each dog on the site is listed with the date they are scheduled to be euthanized by one of 120 shelters.

There is a countdown clock showing the days, or hours until the animal is put down.

Shelters post information about each dog directly, with daily updates and information on how each shelter can be contacted.
